Free Return Option
Every order includes ONE free return! You can return one or multiple items from your order at no cost. To save on shipping and reduce environmental impact, we recommend selecting all items you wish to return together in a single return shipment.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Items marked as final sale
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, item details, photos and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide instructions.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
