I give this item 4 stars. i deduct 1 star because of the poor packaging. the outside post package was fine.wait until i opened to see my product. product packaging, the carton was torn. pieces tattered all over. it was completely unpleasant too look at.i was not happy. but then i tried the massage gun. it is what it says it is. absolute great functionality. all nine programms working on all 7 levels.
Great massager, very powerful. It has 99 power levels and 9 operating modes. I recommend this product 💕💖💕
Arrived normally, the package is intact, with cushioning inside the box for careful delivery. The massager works, but not all functions have been fully understood yet; some experimentation with the controls will be needed. The massager arrived partially charged and looks reliable.
Delivery time was extremely fast.

It arrived in very good condition, it seems like a good product to me. I already used it and it has relaxed me quite a bit. It has greatly relieved the pain I have had, I recommend it 100%.

Arrived on time and in good condition. Tested, fully functional. Perfect massage, large amount of vibration modifications. I recommend both the product and the seller.
Arrived on time and working very well. Happy with the purchase.
Very excellent, fast shipping, arrived in less than two weeks. The device was tested and works well. It comes with several different modes for switching exactly as described.
Very good equipment. Massages like crazy. Lots of program settings. It's okay.
Looks durable and strong although i haven't tried it yet. Hopefully it works well for my back & waist pain. Also looks easy to operate. But i don't think the red light is any useful
