Really good bag. Was so surprised by how nice it looks. Similar to a zara or mango bag in terms of style and quality. Comes with the ribbon but i would use without. There was no box to add initials for customisation and i forgot to message seller myself. They don’t ask you about it so mine is not customised. Inside is a wipeable material which is great. Came packaged with an inflated bag inside so was in good shape. Would recommend this bag and seller
