Good

This is good. The head moves, and the speed and strength can be adjusted in 5 levels. My doctor said that the pain from the compression fracture in the lumbar spine is not caused by the fracture itself but by the tension in the muscles around the bone. They suggested using this for daily massage, as stretching can be done by oneself, but going to a massage shop is not cost-effective. Therefore, it is better to use this for daily massage. Since the head moves, it is versatile for various parts of the body, not just the waist, but also the waist, neck, and legs. Also, the battery life is good, so it's good that you can purchase it for just under 2000 yen.
