The machine does not turn on, the box arrived damaged, they do not respond.

It promiss 360 degree swivel cord but itt want swivel.

The box arrived a bit damaged, I had chosen the blue color but instead it arrived purple. The product is manageable and light. I thought it was smaller, but it has the dimensions of a regular flat iron. I tried it but it didn't make curls like the picture shows, given that I saw tutorials before using it, probably, but I'm not sure, it's me who needs to learn how to use it.
